Refund policy

We stand behind our merchandise and want you to love it. If you are not satisfied, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. If you return an item from an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@sailaal.com for a prepaid shipping label.

Returned merchandise must be unworn and in brand new condition, with tags attached. After receiving the item(s), we have the right to deny your refund if there’s any sign of wear or defect.

If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
