Refund policy

We stand behind our merchandise and want you to love it. If you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@sailaal.com for a prepaid shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with the tags attached. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
